Building surveyor returns to Cornwall to join award-winning company

A building surveying expert has returned to Cornwall to take up a new role with an award-winning Falmouth company.
Chartered building surveyor John Darbyshire has returned to Cornwall to join Falmouth-based RTP Surveyors
John Darbyshire, who is originally from Mylor, has joined Falmouth-based RTP Surveyors after spending three years working in Bristol.
John qualified as a chartered building surveyor in 2012 and specialises in project management, technical due diligence and dilapidations.
RTP director, Richard Collett, said: "John's skills in project management, technical due diligence, dilapidations and all aspects of building surveying will serve to strengthen our already successful team.
"We're thrilled that we're able to attract such high calibre, young surveyors back to the region."
RTP Surveyors is an award-winning independent firm of design-led chartered building surveyors with offices in Falmouth and Bodmin operating throughout the South West.
John, a keen sailor and mountain-biker, said: "I'm very pleased to have returned to the Falmouth area and look forward to developing my skills further, and in doing so, expanding RTP's portfolio of clients and work."
