Cornwall is braising itself for more rain and strong winds I think we can expect a further 50mm that's about 2inc of rain by the time we get to Monday, and with the ground already saturated widespread flooding can be expected, later this afternoon [Saturday] the winds will pick up gusting to 50-65 mph. and looking forward to the end of next week much colder air from Russia will have arrived with the treat of snow especially over the high ground say above 600ft [see my forecast dated 6-11-12] we are just at the start of what I think will be a long cold winter.
