Falmouth BID have been at it again. This time they’ve been sprucing up one of the main entrances to our town.

The town's logo features heavily in the new signage

Sainsbury's hope to build their new store here.
As you can see from the photos above they’ve emblazoned Falmouth’s new logo across the hoarding near Vospers. This is the latest in a range of improvements they’ve made to the town including bunting, flags and flowers.
Opinion in the town seems to mixed. One resident told me that he “doesn’t mind them, so long as the don’t fall down like the last ones there.” Whereas Steve Bendell, who manages the Sainsbury’s store thinks: “It's great to have such a bright, visual message alongside the Ponsharden roundabout, not only does it refresh the area it also will help to attract much more interest in Falmouth.”
What do you reckon? Does it brighten up the roundabout? Are the Falmouth BID doing a good job at improving the town? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.

I think it looks good. If the hoarding's have to be there they may as well be made to look good. It's the little touches like this that help to keep Falmouth an attractive town.
