Get Into The Christmas Spirit With The Eden Project's Winter Festival

Add some sparkle and warmth to your winter with A Time of Gifts, Eden’s winter festival!

Santa Claus Tours! - From 18 to 23 December, Father Christmas will be popping in to say hello! He'll be walking around, taking in the sights and smells of Eden from 12pm each day - see if you can spot him! Or join him for a special Christmas story in the Citrus Grove at 2pm and 3pm everyday.

Christmas Activities - Try your hand at decorating gingerbread or make a fantastic decoration for your tree.

- Fri 4pm -8pm

- Sat & Sun 12pm - 8pm

- Daily 11 Dec - 3 Jan from 12pm-3pm

Recycled Tree - the famous tree is back again this year, made from recycled carrier bags!

The Cornish Choirs - always a highlight of winter at Eden, this year they’ll be singing every Friday and Saturday in the Meditterranean  Biome. (Full timetable of choir performances available on the website, link above).

Late Night Opening - soak up the atmosphere with stunning lighting, great music, wonderful food PLUS reduced admission if you arrive after 3pm! Please check website for late opening days.

Lantern Procession - starts at 8.30pm in the Rainforest Biome on late night openings. Follow the Cloud Dragon to the grand finale in the Arena. (NB. gather at 8.20pm).

Local Schools Trees - A fabulous display of trees decorated with stories by local school children.

Ice Skating - enjoy a festive skate with family and friends or just watch them and soak up the festive atmosphere.

Curling - your chance to have a go at the sport of curling, a sort of bowls on ice! £5 per 30min slot. Admissions apply. Available until 17 Dec, weekdays only.

A Tropical Winter -Take a stroll around the Rainforest Biome and you’ll forget it’s winter! Don’t miss the Bamboo House where you can listen to stories of the tropics while you cool down with an ice-cold cocktail or fruit smoothie.You’ll find all sorts of unusual presents and decorations in the shop, all of course with a unique Eden or Cornish touch!

Food -

antastic freshly prepared and locally sourced seasonal food available between 30 Nov – 23 Dec. Homemade soup and bread from the Eden bakery at just £2, Christmas Lunches and dinners with all the trimmings at £6.75 and mouth watering delicious crepes for £1.75.

The Eden Project is always a fabulous day out for all the family, and the glittering Time Of Gifts will make even the most hardened Scrooge feel festive!

Falmouth People Top Tip - book your tickets online in advance to get a discount. Alternatively, arrive by public transport, or take the family on a bike ride (at least part of the way) to save even more on admission! And remember that if you gift aid your admission fee you get a card allowing free unlimited access for a year!
