Well Kept Guinea Pigs
Purchased two guinea pigs just over a year ago and they are are still going strong, before the purchase I was vetted, so to speak, to make sure i was an acceptable owner and that the conditions the pets were going to be kept in were adequate. the care the shop assistants took impressed me greatly and I have no problem in giving the shop a 5 star rating.

Reliable
Much like the other reviewer, I started going to this pet shop kind of by accident. I get a particular kind of rat food and cat litter and my normal supplier (I won't name them here!) kept running out of stick, or failing to get it in the delivery.
So I went here. And the loading space was a godsend!
The staff are really friendly and obviously know a lot about all kinds of pets - even rats! I heartily recommendBy causus_belli at 15:13 on 14/07/10

They had exactly what I wanted
My rabbits are very choosy and much prefer Lucky Rabbit pet food. I used to buy this in large bags from the garden centre as this was easy for parking but they have now closed down. As Falmouth is not easy for parking and I couldn't carry such a large bag to the car park I thought this might be a problem. However there is parking for loading purposes right outside the shop and the bag was carried to my car by the staff. Good service.
