As much as i love the independent restaurants Falmouth has to offer it is a nice addition to have a chain, especially for the nationwide special offers. Not my favourite restaurant by any means, everything is pretty average, but we have a taste card which means we can have 50% off the bill for up to 6 people, which is a lifesaver for when we fancy a night out but don't really have the cash

Modern and friendly
I usually go here when there is an offer on and it is great value for money. Compared to other Italian chains the quality of food is higher and the dining experience is a lot better. Lovely modern interior too.

Great Value
I've only ever had good experiences in Prezzo! I usually only go when they have an offer on but would definitley pay full price for the meals. They have a great selection of italian favourites, friendly staff, good wine and all in a modern spacious setting. I highly recommend the mushroom risotto cakes!

disappointing
Really disappointing food, the restaurant was dead, the food took ages, it arrived cold & was well below average.
The staff were rude and unfriendly.
I think this restaurant has a high opinion of itself that it doesnt live up to and I will not be going there again.By JadeCornwall at 18:28 on 14/08/10

Rude, rude, rude
The staff are so rude. Thought it was a one-off... but THREE times we have had VERY BAD customer service. They are unhelpful and arrogant.

Stylish surroundings and good choice
This chain restaurant is both spacious and rather stylish for Falmouth where restaurants tend to be more intimate and relaxed. Not that you cannot relax at Prezzos but it has more a feel of the city with its shiny surfaces and vibrant atmosphere. Whenever I have been there it has been packed and therefore quite noisy but not enough to stop the conversation. The food is standard italian but there does seem to be a wider choice than at similar chains. If you don't want pasta or pizza there is a good range of other dishes. I particularly like the chicken with gorgonzola.
